Kurio from Finland big winners at ICCO Global Awards 2023

Kurio claimed four prizes at the ICCO Global Awards 2023, which took place on 29th November at The Waldorf in London. Their campaign “This Influencer Does Not Exist – But Can Go Viral” with Helen scooped three awards for Best Digital and New Media, Best Influencer Marketing and Best Use of AI.

FleishmanHillard won the next most, with three awards. Other big wins on the night included large Agency of the Year of awards for Cavendish (Europe), FleishmanHillard (Americas), WE Communications (Africa and Asia) and Small or Medium Agency of the Year Awards were won by Milk & Honey PR (Europe), 4CO (Americas), Rice Communications (Africa and Asia).

Individual winners were Caroline Hsu, Chief Global Officer, Hoffman Agency winning PR Leader of the Year, and Anna Savchenko, Ukrainian PR Army winning Rising Star.

There was also a new inductee into the ICCO Hall of Fame, Jim Donaldson, CEO, UK and Middle East, FleishmanHillard, became the 47th inductee as he retires from FleishmanHillard at the event of this year.

George Blizzard and Nicky Regazzoni, Founders, The PR Network became the inaugural winners of the ICCO and Global Women in PR ‘Angela Oakes Award’ – honouring game changers in empowering female leadership, named after late GWPR Co-Founder, Angela Oakes.

Entries from more than 20 countries and across six continents were whittled down a shortlist for the 22 prizes. The esteemed judging panel from 21 different countries scored campaigns on their strategy and research, innovation, execution, and business impact.
